My vps is back online now. Downtime for me was 12 hours. They responded to my ticket, but gave no cause for the outage.

Sorry about the downtime, here’s what happened:
We had a software issue affecting key virtualization services (such as libvirtd), and our virtualization panel had some problems too. Specifically, the tasks table in its database had errors.
To fix this, we had to apply some updates to both the software and kernel, reboot the server, and run a few database repairs.
We’re keeping a close eye on everything to avoid similar situations going forward.
