    Yeah I think the unified price for the exotic locations + normal locations dont work.

    Why would anyone buy this in AMS? For asia/exotic EU it might not be bad

    Yes, my VPS in Hong Kong has been down for about 8 hours and shows offline. If I try to start it manually, it goes offline again a minute later. I put in a support ticket but haven't heard back yet.
