Yes.
As I said, I haven't seen any meaningful SLA here - they either say that they'll refund peanuts or don't say anything at all (or just have their "guarantee" mentioned on the web site, but not in their terms and conditions).
infomaniak didnt anwser
ehhh
will give an updat5e later, might call infomaniak tbh
bit desperate
i have sent 2nd email to infomaniak
i hate calling so not colling today
or is there someone from infomaniak at LET?
I would strongly vouch for NameCrane. Have been a user since the alpha testing of the product, everything is so polished and Francisco is always struggling to make it better. Not a single downtime since the beginning as there is SpamExperts in place that would hold the mail in case it can't get delivered to mailbox.

Why not go for Gsuite/Microsoft 365?
Yes.
Getting those last digits in the SLA costs a lot of money. A lot of providers might promise 99%, but those last decimals are high-end. You could go with gsuite or o365 and probably get those numbers, but not for $8/month.
Have you considered just getting a vps and run mailu or mailcow or some other pre-packaged solution? It literally takes 10 minutes to get up and running and then you have full control and unlimited number of accounts/domains? The one thing that could be a problem is deliverability but if you already have mxroute you could use that as a relay.
If you get the vps at one of the big players a 99.9% SLA should not be a problem.
AWS has WorkMail
Requesting 99.99% does not make sense in the first place. Just because you can reach the imap server with that percentage to check for new mail, does not mean delivery into it has to be available like that and you cannot even control or monitor if that works as an incoming mail that cannot be delivered usally is just queued and retried.
I would suggest you rethink, what you actually expect or what makes you so anxious about that availability. As said, just because you reach the mail server does not mean it shows you new mails instantly if the get deferred before...
If you want to be sensible about not loosing out on mails a proper setup with some fallback mx servers should be what you are looking for and not a few minutes more or less in imap uptime.
Just my two cents.
im looking for high availability, not uptime, uptime is very easy to get
yeah, i know, i know
i just want access to new emails
i'll see

im gonna be honest and 1. i dont trust myself enough with setting this up
will check
i talked ti him, looks like great guy, but yeah, need something higher end
actually got a response, i sent them a follow up and might very possibly be going with them
no SLA, however 99.99% for 5+years
waiting for message from them
the only realistic choices so far are:
infomaniak
stay with mxroute
maybe selfhost in docker/lxc contaier, but i wont be able to set up much and have worse uptime, so i see that as a loss tbh
unsure
probably selfhost with relay is the best option, i lack both skills to deal with email hosting/config and time to set this all up
have you checked PurelyMail? you can have unlimited domains and mailboxes, and the price is "$10". you might wanna check it to know why i put it in quotes, though
What would you mean with 'higher end'?
selfhost mailcow at netcup or somewhere who allows SMTP. use mxroute as the relay for your domains.
better uptime, more people to cover the uptime
cant find anything regarding uptime
not qualified enough
infomaniak anwsered, closing the deal soon
might or might not share the details, but yeah. let's hope they dont burn down to the ground

They are long enough in the business and got some reputation, especially in German-speaking countries, so I would not worry too much.
Share the details about the offer. There's no NDA
