Thank you for your response.
So this plan is in reality located in Nuremberg, correct? That's where the hardware is, the fact that network is from Frankfurt is irrelevant, many hosts backhaul to larger cities but don't advertise them as the actual location of their servers.
At your place I would specify the location based on where the hardware is, put Frankfurt on plans that are really there, and so on.
Many people that run latency sensitive applications will require local peering in cities where their VPS is supposedly located, marketing it as Frankfurt you only gain yourself an unhappy customer.
There is no shame in admitting that your hardware is from Hetzner, a few providers here built their reputation on reselling Hetzner. In my eyes, if a tunnel is stable, i prefer it over just Hetzner network which is extremely sensitive to abuse reports.
Actual interconnection to Nuremberg seems unlikely, as you don't even have local Hetzner peering, stuff to Hetzner Nuremberg still passes through Frankfurt and back to Nuremberg. It would be logical to peer with them if you had actual connection to their datacenter. Your transit(Zet) has PNI's with Hetzner, but that's not even in Nuremberg.
If you want to make it big on LET, all you have to do is be transparent. Nobody likes bullshit marketing here. If the price is right, people will buy it, but if you want a cult like following you need to be more open about what you sell.

101366-2025 please. Thanks. Is the BW considered both in and out?
Hello,
Done.
Yes is considered in both way.
"Sustained usage of 70% or more of the shared network port’s full capacity for 24 consecutive hours will be considered non-compliant with this FUP. However, short-term bursts exceeding this threshold are acceptable, as they typically do not disrupt network performance or fairness."
Is still the applicable bandwidth FUP for this offer? Seems like I have been limited to 10 Mbps while consuming ~20Mbps for a few weeks.
Just wanted to make sure before raising a ticket.
Hi Hunter,
It applies on all VPS services.
Can you privately write me your email address used in our customer area so I can verify your situation?
Hey, sure, pm sent.
Thank you for the prompt response, even though LET threads aren't for support.
Answered, I am already looking at your case.
