  • Hello, i would like to ask a question, would you be so kind to give a direct answer if it's possible, Thank you

    • there is no way to manually delete a Credit Card from the Billing Area (Client Area) from the Account on the website, is it a bit sad, Racknerd (US Based Company also have same thing,
      where i had to ask support center to delete the Credit Card from Billing Area, since if i have paid for a couple years in advance, no reason to keep my Card Info over there)

    so in the moment if i would like to ask for removing Credit Card from the Account, i should open a Ticket to a Support Area ?
    or maybe one day you are going to give people freedom to choose if they can remove their Credit Cards from the account manually by themself ?
