Not sure why you block the visits from VPN. Spam?
You mean you can't access our site using a VPN?
I had problems with firewall, tried chat with a question, nobody answerd, opened ticket which wasn't answered, so I just cancelled. I guess you get no support for this but at least the refund was quick.
It is cheap but expect no support. That's still a bad deal for me.
I'm sorry you had this experience with us, we respond to all tickets that come in sometimes we can do it within a few minutes other times the time frame is longer but will never generally exceed 24 hours.
I read that you were issued a refund this means that you still received a response to your ticket.
If you want you can also send me privately your invoice number or the email you used to register so that I can check what happened in your case.
