I wanna add that other emails go through fine (login emails worked yesterday and works today), so mail server seems fine.
Though I'd say to still follow the suggestion from @cainyxues to use MXRoute - even if it's only for relaying outgoing email.
@crunchbits can vouch for their service in terms of business use.
I tried buying a package from mxroute and couldn't since it seems my card was not accepted 😭 and I can't use PayPal [wish they used crypto but jar already has so much to do so can't say anything but hope 🤞]
But I know for a fact that mxroute is the gold-standard & is used by many in prod as well as businesses ♥️

Or if you want to use crypto which isn't directly accepted some exchanges provide crypto backed debit or credit card which might work
