I would understand a suspension if someone sent an abuse letter, but if this guy had it all saved for himself and not public, why the fuck why would you @CharityHost_org be looking at someone else personal files?

Going to point out this isn't against there AUP, but ToS. There AUP says your not allowed to host it. Even if it's a private stream to you only that's hosting it. But even if it's sitting on the server not being used (btw I wouldn't consider a running drive as cold storage) than you are still breaking there ToS. They have every right to suspend you. However look at the full quote below and noticed they didn't follow there own ToS.

Yeah you should always encrypt your files to prevent this from happening, but its also a step towards losing trust to your provider.
