There is a problem with the product network. It is often intermittent and sometimes cannot be accessed directly. Is there the same situation?

  • Same here. My VPS has been down frequently recently. EVERY DAY! seven days straight!
    19 outages, 253 min downtime on 19th.
    8, 79, 20th.
    4, 41, 21st.
    4, 38, 22nd.
    3, 31, 23rd.
    16, 155, 24th.
    12, 253, today, so far.
    I opened a ticket several days ago, they told me they would look into it.
    Well, I guess they must have been looking very carefully...

  • My vps has the same problem and I just submitted a ticket

  • I found that it was not a network problem, but the host server was overloaded and caused the restart.

    Taiwan fine over here, all of them 20s TCP checks to SSH port (tw2 is not from Softshell, but rest are)

  • it looks like their us nodes are dead, last 7 days servers rebooting without any reason infinitely. During last 2 days average uptime less than 15 minutes.
    support did not reply anything for 24+ hours. seems they are finished..

  • The Virtualizor panel is currently doing the 50x Error as referred to above. I’ve put a ticket in so hopefully one of us hears back soon.

    What do you mean by "as soon as possible"? This is going on for three weeks which should be plenty of time to get it sorted.

    Taiwan ipv4 network is abnormal and completely unusable, and I can't even connect to the default 8.8.8.8 dns server.
    I can only fall back to ipv6 now
