    Honestly, we use WHMCS as billing system, which I don't think enjoys creating fake invoices to steal your money, also because we don't need it.

    Surely you will have made more orders and by mistake you will have paid for everything.

    I don't say you steal money, i said there was a problem with your website i tried a few time it gave an error all the times!

    Can you give me the ticket id so I can check it personally? In that case we will refund you the extra paid items without any problem.

    There are many factors to take into consideration, unfortunately it does not only depend on us. But from couriers, technicians, DC etc..

    There are many factors to take into consideration, unfortunately it does not only depend on us. But from couriers, technicians, DC etc..

    I understand, but you still have lack of communication with customer, I have to write you to get information and updates. This was your main problem you are not working on and still is.

    I can't access my VPS (DE-Snode2), (Incoming traffic seems to have stopped) also client area page doesn't work. It's been 20 minutes.

    I don't know what happened after the outage of more than 1 hour, but I've been having connection issues. After the migration process,( still network appears in Frankfurt) there are problems with incoming and outgoing connections to the server. Does anyone know what's causing ssh terminal warning this?

    Failed to connect to https://changelogs.ubuntu.com/meta-release-lts. Check your Internet connection or proxy settings

    I have 3 VPSs with this provider from the recent black friday offer the price is good but the quality is mediocre at best. the webite is dogcrap to be honest it kicks me out every 3 minutes, vps goes down every week or two, today i couldn't use one of my vps for the last 4 hours. the support is also questionable at best. I had steals at the begining and my cpu and ram usage used spiked to 100% while only hosting an nginx as reverse proxy.had problem connecting to certain services and apis like telegram and the list goes on.

    Hey, the screenshot you posted has nothing to do with any error, we are simply migrating all our services from virtualizor to virtfusion, so the VPS management billing panel is down at the moment, but you just need to go to the VPS management page to fix it, and you will still have access to everything.

    Our uptime for the last 3 months is more than stable, we have had more than stable and excellent uptime, So I don't understand what you mean by "mediocre"

    what i mean by mediocre is that it's been 6 hours since my vps went down. it came back up but now the vps.deluxhost.com was down, then it came back on and now it can't reinstall OS it gives error "There was an error while saving the VPS Data on the slave. Please make sure that the Slave server is working." this is medicore at BEST. we do not expect you to answer within a minute but we expecy you to fully resolve the issue when communicated. not everything is uptime you know.

    There has been an open ticket since 4pm yesterday, nothing has happened, the network is not working properly, now they say the IP address will change, okay let it change but how long will we wait?

  • @newtester try setting your mtu to 1400, it helped me solve the network issues I started having since yesterday.
    ip link set mtu 1400 dev ens3
    (or dev eth0 depending on your distro)

    damn it worked thanks. 1500mtu is causing problems very interesting.

    March 17: Anyway, everything is ready now, before putting everything online tomorrow or Tuesday (if the technicians manage to finish fixing the network in Amsterdam).

    March 21:
    The LET offer nodes will be delivered tomorrow, we are waiting for the NIC of one of the two nodes to be changed since it doesn't seem to be working perfectly.
