Great offers, just checking if I can add another idle
It's already here and you can ask support to enable it. (there may be a few quirks here and there though, as its still a beta feature)
I will hold for next promo.
Will there be discounts in Netherlands?
waiting for LA deals
Yeah, was enabled within about 30 mins. Very snappy response from support
Think I’ll have a big fat 190TB pool out of LA
@hosthatch any chance of this package monthly payment in other locations in the upcoming sales?
Monthly billing is very unlikely.
On 11th April hopefully.
NVMe deals in Singapore please 😃
Hi
Was a paying customer for a while but I dropped you due to cost optimization. Now I've been harsh about the customer service that other people have seen when on promos.
My questions are:
Any plans to improve promo customer service? You're expanding so I hope this is in the books. Also early congrats on 14 years.
Any specials for Tokyo? (You know I love the GSL routing from TY8)
Is the caching issue on the panel still planned to be fixed? I previously mentioned that when logging in I still have to refresh to access other functions. This was acknowledged.
Lastly. Any plans for Canada?
Also your looking glass for TY8 is broken
hitting execute just refreshes the page.
Awesome. Will wait for next month then.
By the way, do you guys have Windows OS (Windows 10/11)? Didn't see such option on the order page.
woah look intresting
What happens if I use all of the pooled bandwidth? Will all my servers in a given region be suspended?
When will there be promotional activities for VPS in Tokyo, Hong Kong, or Singapore? Thank you
Looking forward to promotional activities in Japan and Hong Kong
Does 50 TB premium bandwidth mean 50TB per month?
maybe all servers limit to 5mbps. hosthatch do not suspend server now.
Maybe? Is there an exact answer?
Nice to see you've got some stocks again. Looking for dedicated resources or plans with better support (like standard support) for your next promotion.
For bandwidth alone, that's it, I exceeded it a few times. for the upcoming bandwidth pool, I could only say maybe.
no Deal in Zurich ?
Yes
NVMe plans - APAC regions (Hong Kong, Tokyo)
4 CPU cores (2 dedicated core, 2 fairly shared cores) ROME/MILAN
16 GB RAM
200 GB NVMe storage
16 TB premium bandwidth
$110 per year
(2X RAM, storage, and double bandwidth for 3 year payments for Tokyo only)
6 CPU cores (2 dedicated, 4 fair-shared cores) ROME/MILAN
32 GB RAM
300 GB NVMe storage
20 TB premium bandwidth
$150 per year
(Double storage for 3 year payments for all locations)
"**Free upgrade on two year payments with 8 GB RAM, 100GB NVMe and 25TB bandwidth"
It seems that there was no such item before.
Hopefully some apac deals in the near future
Any chance to get a middle plan between nvme8 and nvme24, more disk and bandwidth than nvme8 maybe?
Last year, when HostHatch was selling Japan VPS, it used the SoftBank network (very fast), but later it switched to the IIJ network (very slow).
Nice offer! Gonna get one😛
Thank you. What do you think would be a fair price for better support on promo plans? I am happy to hear feedback on this. If we did a promotion with 20% off with standard support, and 50% off with promo support - most people will pick the second option.
We should have some on 11th April.
We're working on a new panel that will be available in beta soon. There are no plans for Canada at the moment.
Should be good now, thanks for pointing this out.
We do not offer any Windows templates, but you can upload your own ISO.
We do not suspend on reaching your bandwidth (already been like this for a few years now). They will be limited to 5Mbps.
We can do that, but it will cost $10 less than the 24GB plan annually. Not sure if that would make sense.
Our experience with IIJ has been different.
No unfortunately.
