Limited 48 hours NVMe deals in Chicago

hosthatchhosthatch Patron Provider, Top Host, Veteran

We have recently expanded in all of our US locations, upgraded our networks, and have a good amount of extra capacity available. These deals are available for 48 hours, and will not be extended (if you know us, you know that we actually follow this rule)

We don't play stupid tricks with performance (like disabling CPU steal). We simply buy the best hardware, use the best networks and provide a no frills solid service. We're also one of the only providers on LET that multi-home with multiple premium carriers in each one of our locations. Our network uptime speaks for itself. And our benchmarks usually are the same when you buy the service, and months down the line. We do not use brand new nodes for promotions to look better on benchmarks.

2 CPU cores (0.5 dedicated core, 1.5 fairly shared cores)
4 GB RAM
50 GB NVMe storage
5 TB premium bandwidth
$29 per year
(2X RAM, storage, and bandwidth for 3 year payments)
4 CPU cores (1 dedicated core, 3 fairly shared cores)
8 GB RAM
100 GB NVMe storage
10 TB premium bandwidth
$55 per year
(2X RAM, storage, and bandwidth for 3 year payments)
NVMe 24GB plan:
6 CPU cores (2 dedicated, 4 fair-shared cores)
24 GB RAM
300 GB NVMe storage
50 TB premium bandwidth
$115 per year

*This plan can be bought for monthly billing (for the cost of $10 per month). In return, we ask that you write us an honest/constructive review on TrustPilot and Google - after using the service for a few weeks. We generally find that only angry customers are motivated enough to leave reviews. To request this billing cycle: please open a ticket.

**Free upgrade on two year payments with 8 GB RAM, 100GB NVMe and 25TB bandwidth

To order, please go to https://cloud.hosthatch.com/sale/current-promotions

All sales are final. We cannot change with another service. We do not provide refunds (or credits) for these plans. Please make sure you are absolutely sure before placing an order.

What is the setup time?

The setup time is 5 working days (1 week). Most will get delivered much earlier. Some may get slightly delayed. Please order one of the packages from hosthatch.com directly if immediate provisioning is needed. We cannot offer faster provisioning on special plans.

Are smaller plans available?

Unfortunately no. Over the past few years, we have adjusted our offerings, to the point where we can maintain very high quality, performance and uptime at a fair price point.
We no longer aim for the ultra low spec/price deadpool deals.

Is BGP available?

Yes, we offer BGP with a $10 USD setup fee per location, and no monthly recurring fee.

Is IPv6 available?

Routed /64 per VM is available in all locations and can be enabled from the control panel.

Are there any other differences between our normal and discounted plans?

Yes, primarily our support. It can take several days to resolve issues, especially issues that require complex investigation. Please choose one of the services from hosthatch.com directly for production usage, with access to our normal support queue. Our promotional services are provided at near-cost pricing to fill up excess capacity and should be used accordingly. We also do not offer location migrations and/or other flexibilities on these
plans.

There is no difference in the quality of the servers itself - as we use the same backend, enterprise hardware and excellent monitoring for all of our services. We run a standardized and redundant Juniper based network in all of our locations, which allows us to deliver excellent uptime and network performance.

What networks and datacenters do you use?

Please view https://www.hosthatch.com/features/ for Datacenters, looking glasses and test files

One of the things that differentiates us from most of the providers here is that we have redundancy at each setup. We connect to at least two separate upstreams in each location, so we can be online even if one of our upstreams is completely offline. Ask your provider if they have this.

Why is X location/offer not available?

We have more excess capacity in some locations as compared to others. Unfortunately, once it is sold out, it is sold out, and we cannot change this. There is a limited amount of capacity available in each location. We don't sell snake oil, we tell you upfront that this is a once a year special offer, that will not be available again any time soon.

Can I change my server with the X offer?

Unfortunately no. All sales are final, and we cannot offer any changes to them. We cannot replace one pending service with another. We also do not provide any refunds for pending orders. Please make sure you are 100% sure before placing an order, as there is very limited capacity available.

    Some notes:

If you require any specific plans for NVMe/Storage, please feel free to leave your feedback on this thread. We will have another promotion more close to 11th April, to celebrate our 14 years in business. We may not be able to offer exactly what you need, but we will make an effort to come close.

Bandwidth pooling is now available in beta. It combines your bandwidth into one bandwidth pool across all of our servers per location. It does not combine bandwidth between multiple locations. To enable, please contact support. Once the feature is out of beta, you will be able to enable it directly from the control panel.

These are EPYC Milan, so DDR4 :)

Well, I'll wait patiently for offers on other locations.
Very good value for money. Very good network. Friendly support but slow in case of hardware problems on the host node (for promotional offers).
Which is rare, but annoying when it happens.

Hi Hosthatch, can you help assist ticket #812017 — Technical Support. It's about snapshot feature in SG, still didn't resolved until now.

I rarely open ticket because your services are good, when i look at my ticket history, i opened a ticket only once a year. Only need 1 snapshot. thx

Snapshots are a beta feature (for another month or so), so unfortunately there is no solution I can offer you at the moment. We are working on them.

Maybe, lets see how it turns out especially HH support seems to be a bit lack off... the price is alright and so far my requests for having plans to be paid on annual instead of 3yr all get into /dev/null so I dont bother trying and asking anymore (Thats the only special request I am asking for, not any special plan nor more discounts)

    regarding the 24GB plan @hosthatch

    1) monthly payments is nice
    2) the bonuses for 2x year payment is bellow the standard inclusions. Is that a copy and paste from some other plan by chance, or are those added ontop of (eg 32gb ram 400GB etc)

Can I ask too, where the team at with respect to an updated panel, data pooling etc
Edit: ohh I see the post addressing this. Nice

Think it’s just how I read this

Free upgrade on two year payments with 8 GB RAM, 100GB NVMe and 25TB bandwidth

Assume that takes the plan to 32GB ram / 400GB NVMe / 75TB transfer, and is added to the annual allotment of 24g/300gb/50TB

Yes indeed, two year payments upgrade the server to 32GB RAM / 400GB NVMe and 75TB transfer.
