Servers. Regular I know you buy RGB ones
Depends on if it's 1U or 2U...
For a 9950x I have a DYNATRON L25-U, 2U I'd go with DYNATRON L35.
If per U space wasn't so precious I'd enjoy 2U so much more
always a pain to work with 1U honestly

For 5600X/5600Gs I find the A37 can do the job fine granted you have enough air blowing through.
I wonder what is the average temp of 9950x after proper cooling is installed. Also I still haven't decided a cooler for my 9950x3d
