THIS IS NOT CRITICISM OR CURRENT PROBLEMS OF LAYER7. ALL PROBLEMS ARE FIXED. THIS IS SIMPLY A LIST OF ALL TICKETS I DID OPEN.
Ticket 1: deployment error (on day of purchase)
Ticket 2: slow IO (because Layer7 said on LET that the speeds of my servers were slower than they should have been)
Ticket 3: Pre-sales-question regarding future pricing
Ticket 4: error with restoring backup
Ticket 5: suboptimal routing
Ticket 6: question regarding traffic limits (because they were increased in the panel)
Ticket 7: server down
Ticket 8: too early network throttling
Ticket 9: question regarding the RAM average usage because they wrote on the website that the average usage should be below 60%, they wrote it isn't enforced and not a problem
Ticket 10: low disk speeds
Ticket 11: server down
Ticket 12: backup error
But I don't usually open that much tickets, I probably opened under 12 tickets at all other providers I use combined in the last year.
