Well, my experience with them has been pretty good, especially for the price (I also posted a review last month), and the support was always quite friendly and helpful (even though I opened 12 tickets altogether), and they were pretty transparent about everything. But they said that custom offers are rather low-priority and that they currently have a rather big backlog for low-priority things because of sickness. Maybe your ticket/PM was forgotten and you could simply bump it?
