Do what you like but 1 race top 15 seems the easiest way instead of pissing about with 15 races no one really cares about seeing there duck the whole way only the last 5 seconds mean anything anyway ducks come from last to first in them last 5 seconds

this is the exact logic i was working with in my head when i figured i'd do 15 races 30 seconds each

if its all over in one race and no one sees shit except the top 1 or 2 then it's not really any fun for anyone except those couple

i was trying to make it so that it's atleast fun to watch for all 15 winners compared to a singular race

but we're looping back to the geoguessr shit now where i'm never going to be please the entire crowd no matter what i do

I guess you're thinking of someone else, while I do have some 7xxxX/9xxxX VPSes, I don't have that many, but I can of course share my observations in my YABSes and in those of others (only from providers that aren't severely overbooking their node):

GB6 single core: 7950X around 2500 to 2900, 9950X 3100 to 3500
IOPS (unless throttled) usually over 100k IOPS, but virtualization overhead might play a role in that

And just for your info: GB6 multicore scores are useless and misleading for systems with many cores (over 6) because a system with double the cores won't have double the score, GB5/GB4 is way better for that.
