The little cube has ethernet port and micro usb port (at least the version I had). They just send the probe and micro usb cable and you connect micro usb cable to plug with adapter and also use ethernet cable. I didn't try if it would work over POE.

It's not custom made, I forgot the name but it's commercial single board kind of thing. And it blinks red when it's working, don't ask me why but it's annoying, luckily it's just in my drawer.

@Blembim is it possibel in Globalping.io to check ping values of few IPs in same run? RIPE says I need to automate this by writing code (I don't do coding eeww) or I need separate measurements for each IP which I don't want to do for my 20+ IPs.
