  nah i used to limit my ohio VPS after someone put 3 TB through in a day a few months ago but i removed it when i restarted the node last month

  I remember that there was an organization (can't recall the name, just remember the event) giving away free IPv6 or maybe IPv4 for Africa, but these IPv6/IPv4 addresses could only be broadcast in Africa...
