    yeah and some decent cooler is like 50-60 euro with RGB. Imagine selling CPU for 800 euro but not putting 50 euro CPU on it (which is actually good CPU)

    But at least they offer the box and a free AMD sticker in the box.

    I found the email receipt of my current PC that I built it in 2015.

    Evga GTX 980 - 600$
    Intel i7 - 4790k - 340$
    Samsung EVO 850 500 GB SSD - 178$

    Nowadays, a mediocre latest gen GPU is almost 1000$ and CPU from last year is around 500$. If you can find it of course.

    Only positive thing is, storage got much cheaper.

    Edit: BTW 9950x3d's recommended EU and UK price is like 840 Euro including taxes. Imagine paying that much for a CPU. Amazon Germany did some mistake or something and listed it for 740 Euro and all their stock is gone in few hours.

    I started this with the mantra of pay a bit more and buy something that will keep my system "good" for a tad longer. I just paid "a bit" more for GPU, then I paid "a bit" more for better CPU and my butt hurts already.

    I just need to buy a case, mobo, ram, psu, cpu fan and some nvme disks and I will be done.
