I checked Amazon DE too, since they charge me import tax up front - and it ends up being roughly the same amount as buying local.
I doubt I'd be able to cheat my way to a lower amount from elsewhere. At least not significantly.

The main "killer" in terms of pricing in Norway (well honestly, most of Europe) is just the sales tax / VAT.
Norway has a 25% VAT for most goods and services
