You must be seeing things. There's nothing wrong with your screenshot.
fiver a year for the first year
and double afterwards. This is a simply NAT machine with a bit of traffic, 2TB I think.
i'm going to steal all your deals in the next megathread
from now on, you're @fAt32 for me.
this is killing
what european countries/hosts are best for ddr ignor? trying to scout for a 1gbps VPS to use instead of my 100mbps moldovian sisters
so far i got
luxembourg
romania
moldova
switzerland (maybe?)
Are you sharing stuff publically?
If not get something cheap in NL and don't say anything. Disable seeding public torrents though
I dont think romania is tbh i just think it depends on the yolohost/upstream providers
I think @ZachNuyek might have sold too many for my 4 ducks to run on behalf of
i prefer to leave seeding on and it's public trackers
Get a russian one you'll be golden @beanman109
germany
yeah i quickly edited after i realised i should've mentioned hosts aswell since it's gonna be dependent on if the company is run by an 18 year old who warnerbrost hate called calin
you'd be surprised to know that most Russian providers don't even ignore DMCA notices.
I think majority of the time DMCA ignored hosting is just a marketing tactic if they get enough complaints you're getting booted regardless its just a slick gimmick
what abt norway and france?
I believe one of the most notorious public torrent tracker/seeder are here
huh interesting. What do they gain from complying with DMCA though? Clean IPs maybe? Reputation?
There's literally no downside to ignoring DMCA in Russia. Their top sites (vk, yandex etc) are one of the biggest piracy sites in the world
warnerbro.st expanding its operations going global
In france?
+1 for norway, if you get any trouble @Decicus 's lawyers will handle it no problem
eh... they don't want to deal with it for $1/m services, I guess. Totally understandable.
But if you pay big money, then sure, they don't really care as long as you don't pirate anything from their country or allies.
Aéza is quite known for having like 1000 bp hosts lol. And yet, they get away with not allowing tor/DMCA stuff in their main brand AFAIK.
I have no first-hand experience with this, but Gigahost should be pretty lenient I'd say.
Mainly because stealth.si - a fairly large (or at least I see it commonly) public tracker - is hosted on Gigahost NO.
one of NYAA public tracker is here too
alongside with deSync network in FL
Founder of stealth.si confirmed

i believe ppl use OVH as DMCA ignored in the past
not sure if this still valid tho
oh hell nah, I'm too lazy to bother with that headache
I have enough problems dealing with (presumably) AI scrapers that don't give a shit if they DoS the service they're scraping.
Imagine having to deal with people pissed about your public torrent tracker. Fuck that noise
