BTW the termius which @beanman109 recommended was good but the vault feature is paid [there is trail period so most of my things got synced but why isn't there an open source alternative to this, I mean there was one - I forgot the name but they don't have mobile app

Got it, I guess it could be. Figured the user would only want to see tickets that have an awaiting reply, but since I show a list of tickets below now it isn't as important?
Now shows all tickets that aren't closed, if you care about status the "open tickets" table below will show the status of ticket.
