    Anyway the server has arrived, we are just waiting for the RAM and Storage, which are expected soon, we already think that by the beginning of next week everything will be ready and we will notify you when we will start activating your servers.

    However, I would like to point out that we have received many requests for refunds with the following motivation: "my server is still pending, the provider refuses to activate it".

    We wrote in very large letters that this was a pre-order, and honestly the behaviour of many people does not seem right to us at all.
    This will only do, if repeated over time, to prevent us from publishing other offers like these.
    As we always say these offers are more advantageous for you than for us, since we do not ask crazy prices nor do we earn big amounts from these offers, but we put you, our customers, first.

    I hope everything is clear and if there are any problems, I invite you to open a ticket on our discord or website.

    We take the risk, but we expect maturity from people, for us this is a job.

    And yes, some servers will be back in stock, we will advise a time in the next few days.

    Personally I don't agree. It was very clear that it was a pre-order. It was very clear that the delivery expectation was/is 2 weeks. Within a few days or even hours asking for a refund or "when will my VPS be ready" is, in my opinion, stupid. The conditions were clear.

    As a customer you have the risk that, because it is an expectation, it takes a bit longer. For me that's a slight risk, but even then, if a provider is clear that it takes a bit longer, so be it.

    The risk they took is that those users will buy their services then complain, post bad reviews, chargeback (which is awful on a large scale for a business) etc.

    You can take a look at this thread to see my point manifested in replies from people who can't read 3 sentences.

  • I guess the only way around it is to put CLEARLY something like no refunds since this is a pre-order. Or refund 50% or similar. Otherwise, it is a risk, yes.
