You are allowed to do the scan thing in the Netherlands. And please adhere to the fair use policy. But please no email spamming, because we have quite clean subnets. We simply delete spammer, ddos, hacking or any other evil activity servers without any refund.

    I was offering 1 server for 80% discount just saying, don't think you can get 100 servers for 80% discount. That would be crazy :D

    We do have fraud checks in place at the time of ordering and they'll get banned/blocked as per our TOS, in case they spam or host anything illegal, that gets reported. So we are confident about our boundaries that we have in place, so much so that even if he is a spammer, he won't last long on our servers!

    In short, the loss is his, in case he truely is a spammer!

    I honestly think they like to sell to spammers because they will take their money and suspend their services and there's nothing the spammers can do about it.

    Sell 100 vpses for 3 days, suspend all of them at the first sign of trouble. Enjoy the money and the free hardware to sell again to the next chump.

    If the spammers opens a LET thread to complain they come in with the evidence and gain favor for quickly banning a spammer :D

    A smaller discount is fine as long as enough vps can be provided
