@Saragoldfarb you have a deluxhost vps? Any good? They have a new offer 15/y for an 8gig and I'm starting to itch

At 15/y that might be worth it, given location. Haven't seen anyone top that besides hostsailor maybe.

Surprisingly my hostsailor is one of the best performers of the last BF deals, 0 downtime, the network is always solid.

    Fuck me

I never bought it because of all the issues, if I recall correctly bad templates etc?

    Otherwise:

    It’s a terrible terrible list
Everyone knows it’s a terrible list
Even Biden didn’t like the list! Biden!
    Can you imagine?

You remind me of a certain Oompa Loompa

Lmao I never got that reference

I thought ”I mean he’s not short” everytime I heard it

Just googled and of course it’s because I saw the second one not the Johnny Depp one. Had no idea the Oompa Loompas looked so different. Now it makes so much more sense

Does this mean I'm getting old... It probably does... I mean... Johnny was sexy as hell.

If you meant why ISP doesn’t support it

    Idk

I think most of them do when they own the network

But as soon as it’s a ”stadsnät”, if you live in the cities it likely is, which is a combined network where basicslly all ISP:s can sell you connectivity on the same cables

In those cases I’ve never seen IPv6 in Sweden

Likely it’s a lot of equipment that is shared by many ISPs and such a change would require lots of combined efforts and since no one cares about IPv6, especially the bigger older Swedish ISPs with huge IPv4 stockpiles, it’s not very likely to change IMO

These networks, the stadsnät, are usually owned by the municipality as well (I think), their only incentives is to offer good connectivity to the people that live there, even if the ISPs wanted to offer IPv6 to help their bottom line, I can also see a scenario where the municipality just doesn’t see how it benefits it, and let’s be fair, it probably doesn’t.

Running GB6 benchmark test... *cue elevator music*

Still awaiting GB to finish... But that's for €7/y.

Btw everyone that talks about me getting IPv6 deals my home internet doesn’t even have IPv6 and NO I won’t use a VPN

What? Why? I mean... It's useless but why?

    Why what?

Noted. There's something rotten in Sweden :)

    Lol, probably right.
