It would be more profitable to move out of Sweden. Or Italy. Compound 20 years of taxes on a spreadsheet, it's disheartening.
Taxes in Sweden aren’t that bad really. Especially on capital taxes are very good.
Taxes on income is probably a bit over the average, but health care is almost free without any insurance. Even a long-term cancer treatment is basically free (well, in the end, nothing is free, but without additional cost let’s say)
If anything makes me want to leave it’s the prices. Even without taxes just living a decent life is much more expensive than in some parts of Asia etc.
Although I haven’t been somewhere where I’ve actually felt ”yeah, I want to live here”, except for places that cost the same or more
