Legit a PC would be x4 or more for a "decent" spec not even a top gaming spec GPUs these days are criminally overpriced
i think cross platform depends on if the game publisher supports or wants to support it now days
pretty sure if they release gta6 on last gen xbox you should be able to play with people on latest gen or whatever

I mean, ps5 pro will run what? 1440p 60fps? is that with frame gen stuff? you can likely get that with a relatively cheap amd gpu no?

GTA6 is capped at 30fps on console afaik
in the same price range / budget as a console, the consoles are no brainers, but you can get better performance from spending more on a PC obviously
new AMD GPUs coming out supposed to be cheap bois tho
no way sony allows rockstar to cap it at 30fps for ps5 pro they'd get way too much shit
