@DeluxHost If Germany DC is full you may open the new accounts in AMS but keep the current accounts in Germany.
Any location in EU is okay, network and datacenter should be good.

@DeluxHost I will put in a ticket, asking you to cancel my service and a pro-rated refund as I don't want a server in ams but in DE like I ordered and was promised.

At the moment, since many want the location to remain in Frankfurt, we are thinking of keeping both locations, at least until further notice (BF nodes).
So as to make everyone happy, but, in case you can always open a ticket and we will help you and evaluate your request, which however must have a sense, If you bought a Yearly VPS plan for example, but have already used more than half of the service, we can offer you a 50% refund without any problems, for example.
The BF nodes, so those specified in this topic, until there is a notice from us, they will remain in Frankfurt.
I think it's a good compromise for everyone.
I would like to point out that with the new location, we will return to making super offers on LET, since as you can see, we keep our promises of an excellent service at a low price.

Avoid! Suspended the service without warning and without notification! A pop-up on the VPS saying "This VPS is suspended. You cannot perform any operation for the VPS (High Traffic Usage". Nowhere on their website I could find a traffic limit. On top of this they kept charging subscription fee for the VPS they suspended and attempt to appeal PayPal dispute as if they do something for the money they attempt to steal! (uncensored words goes here) credit card charge back has been filed as well. Don't deal with this one man company!
How much traffic has been generated within a month? They have a fair use limit.
Have you tried to contact them after your vps has been suspended?
BTW: If you paid via Paypal, opened a dispute and lost it, you're just generating more trouble for yourself if you chargeback the payment on your credit card. Paypal won't go after the host to get the money but after you.
It's amazing that you were able to get suspended for high traffic usage since it just took me around an hour to do an apt upgrade on one of these. xD
If your server is suspended, there is a reason, and it seems to me that it is also well written, if you had opened a ticket I would have helped you without problems, It's all written in our TOS, which you obviously haven't read at all.
Our reputation is well established, we have never scammed or had fun suspending VPS.
He used too much, simply, we can't send photos here for privacy reasons, but we see everything, if someone abuses the CPU he gets suspended, if someone abuses the bandwidth he gets suspended, These are rules you will find everywhere, We simply apply them
