  Actually it's part of the family so pretty much 0. It's not that big, just a old wood working shop.

  Part of why I can go this low.

  Ideally I'd get a large warehouse but would be a waste for my scale lol ( and a huge income sink currently ).

  I actually managed to really get by on a lot of my initial costs. I managed to snack some really nice deep depth 42U racks for pretty much free but had to be picked up the same day. That was a fun day.. barely fit in the back of a large pickup.. probably should've just got a quick UHAUL or something
