What would happen if I change LET server's time?
Can't find out without trying
Green daddy will roll again, and I can get another chance to obtain the free server.
Oh, more importantly, there will be more "FAT special plans" that are better than those in BF seasons.
Test in prod
Ok really have to go to work now, hope it doesn't drop when I am away
$3.2/year offers with good stock will mean people will remember @ZachNuyek anniversary!
probably wont be able to ping you as i'll be busy sandbagging the shed datacenter
32 qty
does @ZachNuyek have access to the same api greencloud did? 🤔
@ZachNuyek
Congratulations 🎊
Here's to many decades to go 🍻
My it s posible find you in the vast fields of Highlands?
Happy birthday @ZachNuyek !
Is my LET holiday gonna be over again…?
Oh man I almost bit on the $7/yr then noticed no recurring, sob!
yes sir, we are a swarm of locusts moving from thread to thread drying out the providers supporting great sustainable deals!
95% sure it is recurring, it says $7 per year on the main post and then also $7 annually when you add it to cart
Are these promotions for the life of the service?
Yes, these promotions are for the lifetime of the service.
My can I order 12 of these and daisy chain them?
Oh I ctrl-f for recurring and it's specifically listed next to some offers and not others so.. Guess I'm misinterpreting.
Also, my ungoogled-chromium can't pass the cloudflare challenge, just me? Firefox handles it fine.
Edit: thanks!
@ZachNuyek, could you shed some light on how you came with this idea to start nuyek.com?
Share a bit more about yourself, your background!
@ZachNuyek ohh and what are some things you would not do
And many things that workd out well for you over the course of the year

@ZachNuyek now....
Well I used to run GMOD/TF2 servers back in the day and that's pretty much got me interested. Always thought it'd be cooler to actually run the hardware myself. About a year before I came on this forum family convinced me to use a building we have for it since they know I really enjoy this stuff so here we are. I think I said before it was a old wood working shop so that had to be DEEP cleaned. New electrical wiring. Get the business ISP out there and blah blah.
Anyway, I think my first server was some DDR2 XEON that died once we got more then like 20 players lol.

Not really sure on what I wouldn't do... a lot of it really went well. The panel I spent a ton of time on was well received which was a relief.
Another major point was immense worry from me on how I'd be perceived since the forum is a little wild sometimes
especially with doing my own building and not a 'proper' datacenter.
fancy way of asking ASL ?
Fun fact about a week before we went live I saw nuyek.com pop up in expired domains so I grabbed it and rebranded from bitabyte.co
Do you have backup power? Is it your own home?
Thanks for sharing.
Yeah even i dream to start and run my own summer host one day.
I even have the perfect name... deadpooled.com ready !
Glad things worked out for ya.
Cheers 🍻
So ya ask someone this and they share their a/s/l?
Hot diggity
If you count UPSs then we do. Nothing fancy though. Nope, completely separate building. Not even the same town as me.
Expanding as I go
Damn.
That's a nice catch!
