  Appreciate the honesty too! Is there a reason why you went this way instead of getting service with the business+ internet?

  Mostly surprised at the traceroute hop latency and back and forth -- especially if IPs are geo to IL then most things will land you going through KC and into Chicago and back instead of just incurring the high latency to KC and then inner-KC <1ms to a CDN

  They don't offer it sadly, I even offered to pay quite a bit more.

  We do have plans to do STL for 2.6ms~ hop latency instead of Kansas 8.6ms~ but in talks still.. everyone is a bit slow.

  Yeah our network capacity isn't the best so a ton of users at once kinda does crash it but waiting on more network capacity. I've been ready since December and even upgraded all our equipment to support it but low and behold.

  Once it calms down you should be getting 700~ UP and 300~ dl on average depending on that racks usage.

  Not the best but always working on improving it.

  VPS you can use a custom iso url. For dedicated servers I would have to upload it for you.
