    Hello. The fourth year has not been added for this order number. Also, when I check the price to upgrade anything on all 3 servers, the quoted price is not given a discount matching what it would cost to upgrade when initially purchasing. Could you please check that the fourth year is added to order # 1991575910 and that the discounted rate is in effect when upgrading for all three servers. Thank you.

    Hello, it's not added yet. We're processing orders up to Feb 24th. Your order was placed on Feb 27th.

    We process the orders sequentially as it's the fair thing to do for the customers. Once we upgrade you, we'll notify you here.

    The upgrade pricing once the bonus is applied is locked at the discounted prices per Core, per GB RAM and per GB storage of the offer.

    The upgrade discount pricing is not locked in for the two servers that already have the bonus applied. I compared moving the slider for CPU, RAM and SSD and the prices are different for upgrading compared to initial purchase. Pricing with discount should be as follows:

    +1 CPU = $12.64
    +1 RAM = $4.3
    +32 SSD = $7.04

    However, when upgrading I see the following:

    +1 CPU = $15.34
    +1 RAM = $5.22
    +32 SSD = $8.54

    Please fix this.

    Cmon! OMG The %steal is even over 60% now on Frankfurt and i have 6 vvvvvcores!!
    It's really insane. The server can barely breathe... but $$$

    My program is taking 500 seconds to start now. From 377 seconds at the beginning (already a bad begining) of the contract to over +1500 seconds!!! right now. Ultra-terrible performance increasing...

    Anyone else?

    How pricing is calculated for upgrades.

    Once the bonus is applied and you receive the 4th year free, any upgrade pricing (should you choose to upgrade) will be automatically calculated by our portal based on the remaining 4-year term and based on the promotional per Core, GB, Storage pricing this offer provides.

    This calculation is fixed within the portal’s system, as it determines upgrade costs based on the time left in your subscription period. For example, if only 2 years remain, the upgrade price will reflect that 2-year duration.

    If there's a load spike on the node you're at, the cluster will auto-migrate you on a less busier node. Please check shortly and let us know.

    @MassiveGRID Your control panel is broken again or have you moved me to the previous cluster again, that one which was already saturated?
    I can't understand the current performance drop. It's x2~x3 higher than before. I have already opened a ticket about this.

    1) Control panel: I don't see any issues, can you please provide more info?
    2) "Have you moved me to the previous cluster again": No, that cluster is going for decommission.
    3) "I can't understand the current performance drop": In shared environments can be load spikes. If the issue persists - it shouldn't - let us know.

    Control panel will automatically renew for 3 years since that's the maximum. However all those that got the bonus (the 4th year), can open a ticket to add again the 4th year free of charge then.

    It'll be released next month with the control panel upgrade and other upgrades such as fast OS installation (now it takes 20-60 minutes, it'll take 1-2 minutes).

    Ok, maybe you guys can fix the control panel so it auto-renews for 4 years without a ticket, that would be even better

    maybe I'm just unlucky. My VPS is very slow and it gets worse over time. It takes over a minute to start a program even though CPU and RAM usage is between 15%-20%, and I have a ping of around 30ms. It takes about 10 seconds to open "File Explorer" and about 8 seconds to open any folder. I don't have any of these problems with VPSs that are much less powerful than this one.
    I've submitted a couple of support tickets... hopefully the situation improves because the VPS is nearly unusable.
