Hello. The fourth year has not been added for this order number. Also, when I check the price to upgrade anything on all 3 servers, the quoted price is not given a discount matching what it would cost to upgrade when initially purchasing. The upgrade discount pricing is not locked in for the two servers that already have the bonus applied. I compared moving the slider for CPU, RAM and SSD and the prices are different for upgrading compared to initial purchase. Pricing with discount should be as follows:
+1 CPU = $12.64
+1 RAM = $4.3
+32 SSD = $7.04
However, when upgrading I see the following:
+1 CPU = $15.34
+1 RAM = $5.22
+32 SSD = $8.54
Please fix this.
The control panel calculates the upgrade pricing for the 4 years since the due date after the bonus is in 4 years.
It's most price efficient to get the maximum resources you need during your first order.
During upgrade you still get the original per resource pricing and it's calculated based on the expiration date of the service.
