  and now I'm at an all time high in terms of server count

  It's bad.

  It's even worse when I can't transfer any of the GC ones.

  Ya I think it is the same case for me too. Luckily other colleagues isn't in the mood of working as well after CNY, long leaves etc so I don't feel too much off compared to them - But surely my work performance dropped at least 30-50% from my own observation.
