    Well considering it's late for APAC now, not sure when or if we can get those details.

    On the other hand Mr. Dino is really looking forward to close this thread as it reached to end of it's purpose. So I doubt he would spend more effort on this thread.

    what usually happens if you use up the BW? for example by relaying art?
    terminate server? delete account? chargebacks?

    Edit: not specifically GC

    Depends on provider, some suspends your server, some overcharges you.

    Depends on the provider.

    Some will suspend VPS.
    Some will allow at minimal rate (10Mbps) so VPS works but is not much use.
    Some allow you to buy extra BW to tide through for the billing period.
    Some will just let you use it normally if it's a one off/rare BW overage.

    I don't know if there's any other "something" that happens
    .

    Allowing reduced speed for the remainder of the month with the option to topup to buy more bandwidth is the best system IMO
