Well, you can use each coupon only once, but there were 4 different coupons for 69% off.

I could buy it 4 times, sad I feel bad for ignoring it earlier because it was LA location

Well, I had it in the cart 2 times (with coupon) and could have bought it, but thought (like you) "it's in the US => high ping, and it's over $7" and didn't buy, but after I saw those nice GB6 scores, couldn't resist anymore.
