Woah, these guys are still around. As long as you're cool with bad IP rep and no support, they're a pretty good deal.
considering the 7543P runs circles around the other specs offered here (except for 7950), plus its located in LA not Utah or some other state where cows roam, it's a great deal. Their primary upstream is Arelion, not Cogent, and that's worth something to me.
