We've got some instant-deploy stuff coming, a big change, well within your budget range (closer to low end) but not unmetered 1G on any of it, but the offers in this thread are really fantastic.

considering the 7543P runs circles around the other specs offered here (except for 7950), plus its located in LA not Utah or some other state where cows roam, it's a great deal. Their primary upstream is Arelion, not Cogent, and that's worth something to me.
