I have tried 11 different vps providers, but still can not find my only one

hello, call me denton, i have tried these hosting providers: Hostup, RackNerd, ServaRICA, Avoro, Dasabo, Hosteroid, Chunkserve, Ishosting, DesiVPS, EthernetServers, PQHosting.

but i am looking for a new server from a new company for me, not too expensive, hope under 35 usd for a annual payment , location not US, only Europe or Asia , Payment only Card Mastercard/Visa no other options.

KVM , not OpenVZ(tried that on Ethernet Servers, can't install nextcloud, nothing works - i mean SnapD Install Nextcloud, or Manual one< docker not for me really, it eats too much memory)

I avoid Strange "one day" company's but Only Good one that i can Trust, i need a server for long time, i usually pay for 1 year and then i also make payments in advance for next years.

if you don't believe my words or anything, i have video about my experience with providers on YouTube(no my YouTube is not made for money or become famous, i lost my expensive Prevencia Glasses on a schooter as a passenger in Kathmandu, Nepal, and i was really sad about that so i created a channel , so i could forget that situation with my glasses. (that one you see on my Avatar picture is a cheap one i bought for 1800 Nepali Rupees just above the Corner.

to see that my words are real about my experience of using these providers (some of them i got low End Talk offers) my channel on YouTube is @callmedenton (or you can visit my LowEndTalk Profile, there is the link for that video about 11 vps providers, that i have tried.

I would like to ask not make jokes on here, i like serious people only and Serious Company's , i am real human and not here to play games around.

Thank you, Feel free to contact me, here i would to ask if you can suggest me a good company.

  • Are you trying to promote your YouTube channel?

  • Would you elaborate your dream spec so we can find what fit you best. Like how many cpu ram and storage, and what kind of usecase you do on your projects?
    Nice glasses btw 🤓

Summary of the video transcript from chatgpt so probably not 100% accurate

    1. Ishosting (Estonian Provider)

    • Experience: Functional but overpriced. Costs ~€5/month in the Netherlands for 1 CPU core, 1 GB RAM, and 20 GB NVMe storage—exorbitant according to Denton. Support is limited unless you install AA Panel (a Chinese control panel he distrusts). Offers free test servers for an hour (a plus), but he canceled due to high costs and lack of trust.
    • Verdict: Works but "drains money like a vampire"; not his choice.

    2. EthernetServers

    • Experience: Decent but uses OpenVZ virtualization instead of KVM, causing issues like Snapd and Nextcloud failing. Canceled after a week.
    • Verdict: Not recommended unless you’re fine with OpenVZ limitations.

    3. Avoro

    • Experience: Not bad overall, but the custom control panel is buggy, and manual reinstallation is tricky. Claims of 4 CPU cores on the lowest plan didn’t match his server specs. Support was slow but issued a refund upon cancellation.
    • Verdict: Usable, not a scam, but decide for yourself.

    4. RackNerd (USA-based)

    • Experience: Cheap (~$11-12/year), but the IP was "dirty," blocking YouTube access and flagging him as a bot. No refunds despite prepaying annually. Works fine otherwise, though subject to U.S. laws.
    • Verdict: Good for budget users okay with limitations and no money-back guarantee.

    5. DesiVPS (Indian Provider)

    • Experience: Reliable with custom ISO support (e.g., Debian 11 manual setup). Cost him 300 rupees (~$3) for a few days before canceling. Requires ID verification (typical in India), but no refund issues for such a low amount. Accepts cash at their office.
    • Verdict: Decent option for Indian VPS needs; works well with no major issues.

    6. PQHosting

    • Experience: Cheap at €12 for two years (possibly a typo for another provider’s deal). Estonian-based with IPs showing Germany. Works fine, but you can’t delete credit card info without contacting support (not a big deal with a virtual card).
    • Verdict: Solid and affordable; no major complaints.

    7. ServaRICA (Canadian Provider)

    • Experience: One of the best he’s used. Paid $48/year for 4 CPU cores, 4 GB RAM, 200 GB NVMe, and 12 TB traffic. Excellent support and stability, though the VNC panel is laggy and integrated into their webpage, complicating custom ISO installs. Canceled after 2-3 months (prepaid two years) for personal reasons, not service issues.
    • Verdict: Highly recommended for reliability.

    8. Hosteroid

    • Experience: Six years in the market, got a €22/year deal via LowEndTalk. Claims custom ISO support, but he didn’t see it in the panel—might require contacting support. No issues otherwise.
    • Verdict: Trustworthy and functional; a good deal.

    9. Hostup (Sweden-based)

    • Experience: Stable with strict rules—no illegal activities, CPU overuse, or excessive traffic (must purchase extra). Privacy-focused with encrypted support messages and dual-server redundancy. Offers seven free backups even on cheap plans.
    • Verdict: Very reliable but strict; great for rule-followers.

    10. Chunkserve (Poland-based)

    • Experience: New company with affordable deals (e.g., $1.30/month for 1 CPU core, 1 GB RAM, 15 GB NVMe). No custom ISO or manual reinstalls, but works fine in the Netherlands. Still using it.
    • Verdict: Good budget option; no complaints.

    Missing Providers

    • Dasabo: Mentioned but not reviewed—possibly the "worst one" he deleted emails for and excluded.
    • Unnamed Provider: Criticized heavily for shutting off VPS abruptly, sharing data with governments, demanding excessive verification (ID, phone), and charging €5-6/month for minimal specs (1 core, 1 GB RAM, 25 GB NVMe). Likely not in the provided list or misnamed.

    First 5 minutes in,

    • Calling out pq.hosting worst for 6EUR/m for 1C1G
    • something about pq.hosting asking too much info, give out your data to your government and can terminate your vps anytime

first of all have to say thank you for comment, about the specs it is simple: i am not a trader so i am not asking for specific specs actually, i am observing Offers and trying to choose a reliable one:

but we talk serious: at least 2 cpu core, at least 3gb of RAM, not less than 50gb of Drive Space, minimum 1TB of Traffic Data.

My Things are: Nextcloud/Nextcloud Talk with Coturn server(usually it staying on separate server) , the next is Matrix Server for my future community, other stuff is like: RustDesk to help my mom with her laptop things, or anyone who needs help from me, FileBrowser, Webssh.

since i am new to the things and learn everything alone by myself, there are plenty of apps and things i have to practice to set up and use, also i would to learn how to make own self hosted tunnel to the apps that are running locally on the machine.

first of all have to say that i am grateful for your comment, since i have to go out for now to a old Patan city of Kathmandu to get my order from one shop, i have no time to answer you in a complete way,

but in short i would say that if you think i am promoting myself or youtube channel - you have full rights to think that and make that decisions.

From my point of view, it looks different, but we are here not for listening my point of view right.

thank you for your opinion even it's kinda critical.

i am not really sure if spammers use they own photos and show themself, talk openly from the heart as i do,
if you think that then it is your way of thinking, and i only can accept that you may say as it is comfortable for you, double thanks also.

If you're going to make a youtube channel that only has completely serious content, without any humour ever, you're setting the bar very high because the content needs to be that much better to stand out from the rest, and the audience tends to be people who'll watch just one specific video to find the answer to their immediate problem. You get a bit more of a free pass if the channel also allows some jokes or humour as people will then watch it for the presenter as much as the content, and people will then subscribe to the channel rather than watching only targetted videos..

I haven't watched your video, but just from the providers you've used, I'd dismiss it as not serious enough for me to be interested - there are some providers I recognise, but the focus seems to be on the absolute cheapest of low-end, not a balance of different providers for different needs.

Thank you for your Advice about Hetzner and Netcup,

hetzner is refuse my origin people from using their service, netcup is only have KVM on root servers which are not so cheap, i was waiting for the Winter Sale,

and i found that they only give 8 Euro's a month option for KVM root server, that is expensive for me, from all the providers i tried, that's most high price.

  • is Netcup nano use KVM ? i couldn't find any information about that. The Winter Sale looks too expensive for me. 90+ Euros per Year for the Root Server.

I Agree With you, About the video and YouTube, i don't mind, my life is in real world 95%, so it's not very important how do i manage YouTube or what's stuff is in there.

Yes, i would agree that for some people these providers don't look serious, i had no chance to try other company's yet, thanks for your opinion
