Chunkserve has some limitations like: i can not reinstall system manually with manual partitioning for example,
and the answer for your question is - That server has been used for one the projects already and there is no reason to fill it with other stuff,
it is better to separate the things, and host other project in different place, so i can manage it separately without issues.

i have heard they do not allow many things on their servers, even private vpn stuff, also they don't provide refund, i have tried Racknerd ,
i have paid in advance for 2 years and did not get any refund after used the VPS just a few months, probably Company's with No-Refund Policy is not my Choice, indeed GreenCloudVPS have nice deals.

actually i still can not get that, maybe i'm not smart enough, but what is actually average data traffic abode 100 Mbit/s , is it like if i'm downloading something with 200 Mbit/s speed,
it will be limited to 100 Mbit/s ? or is it some amount of Traffic that i have to be aware of, like if i reach the limit for 1TB Data the speed should be limited?

My nextcloud container on Docker eats up about 850MB of RAM by default. I think you'll definitely need a VPS with at least 2GB of RAM. Just keep in mind it'll probably use more memory when you actively use it.

Me personally i'm not use Docker because it eats more memory that usual installation, even SnapD is better for me,
but i agree that Docker is useful things for many kind of ways, and i agree that not less than 2-3GB RAM is necessary.

also when i use ip address of my origin country which is not in the EU, i got the same thing - it show me price with VAT included.
