In all seriousness, have you tried seeking help? Is there any trusted group of friends / family you can confide this and get support?
This is no joke.
Society has made mental health dismissive especially in the East.
Having gone through that and kinda dismissed it initially did no good. I am fortunate to have access to resources to manage my mental health and well being.
There was a time when I literally stopped Social Media (fb, insta, reddit etc) and that helped gain some perspective. I did that cold turkey and it didn't work well for me. I ended up coming back to all with endless doom scrolling. Now I am timing these interactions and trying to be more intentional with this.
Some advices one hears to combat depression...
And many more one hears is just pure bs.
Please prioritize yourself and take good care.
