I have a problem related to the server upgrade. The 4th year was supposed to be free due to the LET Offer H/A promotion, but when I asked for a quote for expanding the server, the prices have changed to refer to 4 years, not 3. That is NOT a price locking.
How is the uptime and performance in Frankfurt? Would be great if you guys share your experience?
