Hi,Any timeframe about the routing fix? (MY ISP- ASN4788)
Previously it was 40+ms,and few days ago the latency spikes to 300+ms.
4 days for me the ping 200ms++.
Roll back to Telstra please.
We are still on Telstra... we haven't activated our other provider, PCCW, until they resolve the problem.
DM me with more details... like source and target IP so that we can trace it.

It looks like the routing issue has been fixed. Now I'm receiving 46 ms.
hmmm... can you DM me a traceroute? So that we can see what a normal trace from you to us looks like?
And if it happens again, you can send me the new traceroute, so that we can see how the route is changing...
same for me. i guess all singapore vps has same problem

I think if Serverpoint had VDS like Netcup’s root servers then you’ll be getting quite a lot of customers.
I don’t even need one but I can imagine how that will work out.
The quality of serverpoint with no AUP on the hardware, at LET pricing, but also not a dedicated 👌
Id even say scrap the discussion of BOYL for windows installs and just go straight to making VDS packages!!
At noon, the upstream provider changed to Path, and you were right; the ping and speed have become really bad here. @serverpoint hello there?
I noticed the same. I know @serverpoint and team is looking for its resolution
Path is our DDoS protection provider... if a DDoS is detected somewhere, that traffic is routed to their scrubbers.
Once the DDoS stops, it switches back...
It shouldn't have lasted four days though. And I know Path has been having some issues lately. Let me check more on that...
Also, which application are you using that displays these diagrams? That seems quite nice...
SG to Japan latency is like 200, please do something about it.
If you can send us some traceroutes on a ticket, preferably traceroutes in both directions, we'd appreciate it, as there are many networks in Japan and many entry points...
We'll discuss over here the possibility of this... we've thought about it before, but we never went ahead with this idea...
It is whole of NTT ISP having double latency so I am not sure which IP to send to you.....
Other Japan ISPs have no issue.

I just did a traceroute from NTT's looking glass, from Japan to us, and it seems Telstra and NTT are peering in the US, specifically, San Jose, CA. Not sure why they are doing such a thing...
But I will open a ticket with Telstra about it.
