Hi,Any timeframe about the routing fix? (MY ISP- ASN4788)
Previously it was 40+ms,and few days ago the latency spikes to 300+ms.

For a brief moment, serverpoint SG upstream changed to pure Telstra and most of the icmp packet losses disappeared. Now, it back to PCCW/Telstra blend and icmp packet losses reappeared. :(

    We are testing :)

    Roll back to Telstra please.

We are still on Telstra... we haven't activated our other provider, PCCW, until they resolve the problem.

hmmm... can you DM me a traceroute? So that we can see what a normal trace from you to us looks like?

And if it happens again, you can send me the new traceroute, so that we can see how the route is changing...

    What's your CPU AUP?
    Any VDS plans?

Oh, as for virtual dedicated servers, can you DM us here and we can discuss that? We've been planning on adding such packages and would love to hear about your needs.

I think if Serverpoint had VDS like Netcup’s root servers then you’ll be getting quite a lot of customers.

I don’t even need one but I can imagine how that will work out.

The quality of serverpoint with no AUP on the hardware, at LET pricing, but also not a dedicated 👌

Id even say scrap the discussion of BOYL for windows installs and just go straight to making VDS packages!!

Path is our DDoS protection provider... if a DDoS is detected somewhere, that traffic is routed to their scrubbers.

Once the DDoS stops, it switches back...

It shouldn't have lasted four days though. And I know Path has been having some issues lately. Let me check more on that...

Also, which application are you using that displays these diagrams? That seems quite nice...

If you can send us some traceroutes on a ticket, preferably traceroutes in both directions, we'd appreciate it, as there are many networks in Japan and many entry points...

I just did a traceroute from NTT's looking glass, from Japan to us, and it seems Telstra and NTT are peering in the US, specifically, San Jose, CA. Not sure why they are doing such a thing...

But I will open a ticket with Telstra about it.

Just to double check, if I order LET-RAM1, can I upgrade to the next package LET-RAM2 if I need more ram?

Yes, but it would have to be something that we'd have to manually do on our side, as the upgrade interface in our portal will not show plans related to special deals. Just reach out to our team via our ticket system. :)

I have contacted your Team to upgrade from LET-RAM2 to LET-RAM3, but was told that it was not allow. Can you double confirm, my Ticket ID #2538-44

Let me check on that; we can upgrade it. What they may have misunderstood is that the portal doesn't have a function to do the upgrade, but we can do it manually. We'll get back to you on that ticket.
