yes it is, I believed their router died or something since from mtr i can reach my ISP POP in datapacket but the packet loss here

Testing via https://ping.pe/96.9.213.1 shows an astonishing packet loss rate—the VPS is probably doing sit-ups...
looks like its back up
May be they are migrating the node to new VirtFusion panel.
