Don’t they use the same in/outbound relay/filters for all of the servers/location? Or will the deliverability change based on the server location?
We do. What he’s saying is that some countries get auto downgraded in anti spam systems because of too many dirty asns. Other countries have companies that outright block outside emails all together.

Money is short right now. Hope the price will at least stays at $69.42 for a while. The lifetime deal is pretty nice.
@multi too.
We have zpush setup, just autodiscover isn’t happy yet. Avg timers are around 20s from sent from gmail to iPhone push. It’s not as fast as native activesync, but are people willing to pay to shave that time? You tell me.
We need to get contacts and the calendar syncing on zpush too, but that’s just some config files.
Someone said their “from” was a bit derpy so I’ll research and test that.
Let me know.

Yes, if you ban .nl, you won't lose much, except large amount of spam. However, some gov/semi-gov orgs in NL restrict mail to their own country.
But if you ban the USA, it will be bad. Because MS and Gmail send from the US only.
Could I host the normal sites on Email Hosting?
and where is the Email hosting location, any IP to test?
No.
You can ping us1.workspace.org.

How does XMPP/Jabber work with CraneMail?
20 s is already faster than I expected and already good enough. Great work!
Yup I'd choose the 20s delayed free version over the $3-5/mailbox fee (yeah I know that price is also very cheap, but still) every time
@sanvit @dedipromo
I'll work on the rest of the integrations.
Always open to more feedback on this.

I see a multi million dollar yacht in Fran's future with all the money he is going to make in the domain business
I agree. At 20 seconds delay, I think that will be more than fine.
rclone has been recompiled to support
mounton both Windows & Machttps://github.com/namecrane/rclone/releases/tag/1.0.1

“ Voice/Video/Text chat (XMPP/Jabber) with external client support, file sharing w/ previews”
What does this mean @Francisco?
You can use an xmpp client to connect to it and talk to the other users on your domain.
Em client has it all built in.
Francisco
does this mean that nl was/is not a strategically good decision for cranemail?
It’s just fine. All of our outgoing relay servers are in the US.
Francisco
it's more than 19 seconds lost on delivery
but the option for immediate delivery for 3$/year is a fair option.
i'm wondering whether nl is the optimal location for cranemail (see above).
and that doesn't pose any problems with eu data protection regulations?
would outgoing relay servers in the eu in another stable country (e.g. ch) also be an option?
We will def consider it when we need another ip block
Francisco
Maybe moving the outbound relay to EU would be an option as well, so all the servers can share the good IP reputation, while keeping everything in EU. iirc MC does something similar as well (they host it on Canada - for some reason it's different from hosting it in the U.S. i guess?)
Then could I host the Email Marketing Script (Acelle )?
thank you
Please don’t ruin good things
There we go...
I don't think spamming email marketing is a welcomed use case for this service.
This is why we can never have good things. Please don't ruin this!

Absolutely not.
Francisco
I got the three year deal to ~test it out and I'm already super impressed.
Am I able to upgrade to the Lifetime deal? Or do I need to make a separate purchase for that?
Thank you!
We can credit you the full amount of the 3y plan towards a lifetime.
Go ahead and ticket.
