  • Your San Jose location has superb network.

@VirMach use it and I like it.

  • I'm sorry to say, but now they're the worst of the worst for me. They promised to transfer the servers within 8 hours, as a result, even after 16 hours nothing works. Technical support does not respond for 6 hours.

  • Downtime already 20 hours wooo-hoo :) Support each time tell a lie...

You were given notice of this downtime. You should have already deployed backup infrastructure. You clearly didn't.

ah yes how could they have neglected to replicate every service with royale hosting because of course an 8hour maintenance window means 20 hours... silly users

No. Notice was about 8 hours, not 22 hours.

It's unfortunate, a data center move is far from a simple task, but they gave three notices at least and I've only had an account for like 3 weeks. Hopefully they haven't ran into any issues though. (Edit - I don't have any services in Amsterdam with them.)

@Blembim wondering how come Hosteroid wasn't aware of the first 2 notices. They said they only got the last notice.

You aren't in the same boat as the original complainer. You should've had SLA contracts with RoyaleHosting at your "20k per month" kinda spending. That's your fault.

I got a notice that they will migrate since atleast on october. And they sent another email with migration date on November

RoyaleHosting has a default SLA of 99.99% not including migrations. We are far past migration time, not including a Ryzen server that has been dead for over 5 days now.

Dedicated. They already all fixed. Will trust them for future anyway. They really had a very good uptime before and incredible fast support

  • I once waited proxmox install for 28 days. Legend says, that Stan is still configuring my server to be deployed.

We sincerely apologize for the delay, which occurred during the datacenter migration. Unfortunately, issues outside of our control caused this setback. We prepared everything to the best of our ability, hiring an expert datacenter migration company to handle the physical racks migration. Our entire team was on-site assisting, including colleagues from other countries whom we flew in to help.

We also ensured everything was preconfigured and pretested, including building a completely new network stack at the location to minimize additional downtime.

We informed all customers three months before the datacenter migration commenced and urged them to contact us through a ticket if they had any concerns or questions. We offered these customers temporary migrations to other points of presence while maintenance was ongoing and advised them to have a third-party solution active during the migration.

I, Stan, have been awake for 40 to 50 hours straight to assist everyone, while my colleagues resolved other issues and communicated with customers. Asking them to work 40 to 50 hours without sleep is illegal and unreasonable.

I am pleased to confirm that everything is fully online. If you notice any issues, please contact us immediately so we can resolve them quickly.

Please create a ticket so we can resolve this for you immediately, as this situation is certainly unacceptable and should not have occurred if this is indeed the case.
