  not has this features...but after months of research I found solution in perfex crm plus sales commission module. i do some customization. thank you

  I ran into a similar thing a few months back and ended up using https://acupowererp.com/acumatica/project-accounting to track commissions and link them directly to project sales. It let me assign agents to each deal, automate who gets paid what, and keep tabs on everything without needing to juggle separate spreadsheets or tools. Took a bit to set up, but once it was running, it really saved me time.
