in the next 3 months I hire 20 sales account.
How can I handle this 20 sales accounts?
What type of software may I use it?
Ok we have the CRM, the school of sales, but how can I share new brochure etc? How can I handles?

If they are from india, hire 20 more managers from there to manage those sales people. They will find something in codecanyon.net.
