Can you DM me the website URL? We can try checking what DB they are using! 141.11.62.0/24 is in NL, but maybe it's still propagated by couple of databases. I can contact the most popular ones!

I mean, @alexmk is member of this forum since november, and most of his contributions have been in this thread complaining. I'm wondering if he has got a point, or if he just likes to complain here before checking his ticket(s).
Seen it multiple times, also seen a couple people from those regimes who complained their VPS was down but it was their government blacklisting a whole /24 I think that was Iran.
Doesn't mean there where no real problems.
